How to Terminate My Service

Termination of your seedbox is a simple process. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to your evoseedbox client area.

Step 2: Go to Services → My Services and click on your seedbox to open its details page. In the Actions panel on the left you will find the Request Cancellation button. (The button is only shown on the service details page, not in the services list or in the ruTorrent dashboard.)

Step 3: Add your reason for cancellation and select cancellation type. Click on the Request cancellation button to proceed.

That’s all you have to do to terminate your account. If you are terminating within 7 days of your purchase then you are eligible for a full refund.

Note: Cancellation/termination of your account will result in the deletion of your data. Therefore, it is advised that you take a backup on your device.

If you can’t cancel your account still, then raise a ticket for the same.

How to Cancel Your Evoseedbox Service

You can cancel your seedbox at any time from your client area. The process takes less than a minute.

Steps

1. Log in to your Evoseedbox client area
2. In the ruTorrent Seedbox section, click Request Cancellation
3. Select your cancellation type:
   • Immediate: Service ends now. All data is deleted.
   • End of billing period: Service continues until your current paid period ends.
4. Add an optional reason for cancellation
5. Click Request Cancellation to confirm

Before You Cancel

• Download your files first: All data on your seedbox is permanently deleted upon cancellation
• Check your refund eligibility: If you are within the 7-day money-back guarantee period, you can request a full refund
• Consider downgrading: If cost is the issue, you can switch to a smaller plan instead of cancelling
