Connect Bazarr to Dashboarr

To connect Bazarr to Dashboarr, add a Bazarr instance with the Bazarr HTTPS address from your client area as the Remote URL and the API key from Bazarr’s Settings → General → Security. Dashboarr then shows the movies and episodes still missing subtitles, the download history, and lets you trigger a subtitle search for a title on demand. Part of the Dashboarr seedbox setup guide.

Step by step
- In Bazarr, Settings → General, scroll to Security and copy the API key.
- Dashboarr → Settings → Integrations → Browse services → Bazarr.
- Remote URL = the HTTPS address, API Key = the key, Always use Remote URL on.
- Test Connection (probes
/api/system/status), then Save.
What the Bazarr tab gives you
- Movies: movies wanting subtitles in any configured language, with poster, title and the missing languages; tap to search now.
- Episodes: the same for series episodes.
- History: every subtitle Bazarr downloaded or upgraded, with provider and language.
Bazarr must already be linked to your Radarr and Sonarr (Bazarr → Settings → Radarr / Sonarr) for the wanted lists to fill; Dashboarr reads what Bazarr knows and does not talk to the *arr apps on Bazarr’s behalf. Posters are looked up through those same Radarr and Sonarr links, so they appear only when Bazarr can reach them.
Widgets
Bazarr Wanted puts the missing-subtitles count and the top titles on the dashboard, and Service Health includes Bazarr. Bazarr webhooks exist on Dashboarr’s optional backend but only log events; there is no subtitle notification category yet.
Troubleshooting

| Invalid API key | Re-copy from Settings → General → Security. Bazarr also has a per-provider key list; those are not it. |
| Wanted lists empty although subtitles are missing | Bazarr’s languages profile is not assigned to the movies or series, or Bazarr’s Radarr/Sonarr sync has not run. Check in Bazarr. |
| Search from the app does nothing | No enabled subtitle provider in Bazarr, or the provider is throttled. Bazarr’s System → Providers page shows the state. |
FAQ
Can Dashboarr upload a subtitle file?
No. Manual uploads stay in Bazarr’s web UI.
Does it show subtitle quality scores?
History rows show provider and language; the detailed score is in Bazarr.
