Your Own Netflix on a Seedbox
By combining Plex (or Jellyfin), Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr, and Overseerr, you can build a fully automated streaming service — content automatically downloads, organizes, and becomes available to stream on any device.
The Full Stack
| App | Role | Port |
|---|---|---|
| Plex/Jellyfin | Streaming server | 32400/8096 |
| Sonarr | TV show automation | 8989 |
| Radarr | Movie automation | 7878 |
| Prowlarr | Indexer management | 9696 |
| Overseerr | User requests | 5055 |
| Bazarr | Subtitles | 6767 |
| ruTorrent | Download client | 8080 |
Setup Order
- Install ruTorrent (already installed on Evoseedbox)
- Install Plex
- Install Prowlarr → add your indexers
- Install Sonarr → connect to Prowlarr + ruTorrent
- Install Radarr → same connections
- Install Overseerr → connect to Plex + Sonarr + Radarr
- Install Bazarr → connect to Sonarr + Radarr
Once connected, the entire chain is automated: request in Overseerr → search via Prowlarr → download via ruTorrent → organize via Sonarr/Radarr → stream via Plex → subtitles via Bazarr.
