Fix Most Seedbox Issues in Minutes
Before contacting support, try these five fixes — they resolve 90% of common seedbox issues.
1. Restart Your Seedbox
The universal fix. Dashboard → Restart. Clears stuck processes, refreshes connections. Takes 30-60 seconds. Full guide
2. Clear Browser Cache
If ruTorrent or Plex looks broken, clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) or try incognito mode. Stale cached files cause display issues.
3. Check Disk Space
Full disk = everything stops. Check HDD quota in your dashboard. Delete completed torrents you no longer need, or empty your trash/recycle bin on the seedbox.
4. Re-enter Credentials
After a password change, update your password in: FileZilla, Sonarr/Radarr download client settings, browser extensions, and mobile apps.
5. Check the App’s Status
In your dashboard, verify the app shows as “Running”. If stopped, click Start. If it won’t start, reinstall the app (your data usually persists).
