Your Login Credentials
All apps, including the ruTorrent interface, use the same username and password, as shown in the image below. Please copy your credentials carefully to ensure a smooth login.
The Seedbox Dashboard
The seedbox control dashboard is the place from which you access your seedbox. You can add or remove apps, use ruTorrent, and monitor your seedbox. This article walks you through it.
- Access your dashboard using the link and password provided in the Welcome to Evoseedbox email. The login window looks like this:
Enter your login credentials as provided in the email and press Log in. After a successful login you’ll see the client area with an overview of your account — number of services, product quotes, open support tickets, and invoices.
Click on the Services tab to list your active services, then click a service to open it.
The next window is your seedbox dashboard, where you can see everything from your plan details to HDD quota and other useful information.

- Web Access — all the methods for reaching files on the seedbox directly from your machine:
- File Manager — opens the FileGator file manager
- Direct HTTP access — browser-based HTTP access to your seedbox
- Direct FTP access — FTP client-based access; FileZilla and lftp (WinSCP) are covered in our current plans
- Google Drive — set up Google Drive for uploading files from the seedbox to your Drive.
Installed Apps: lists and provides access to your installed apps. You can also restart and remove apps from this section.
Help/Knowledge Base: opens the starter guide to Evoseedbox — the basics of ruTorrent, app tutorials, and common error fixes.
Apps Section: shows every app available in your plan — install any of them with one click, or search for one using the search box. You can install, reinstall, and uninstall apps while keeping or removing the existing config, update an app with one click, and back up its config with the back-up option.

Services Tab: lists all your services; you can also order new services from here.
Billing Tab: details of all invoices, quotes, mass payment and payment methods. You can also add funds here.
Support Tab: the status of all raised tickets, the latest announcements, our knowledge base, network status and downloads.
Open Ticket: raise a ticket for any technical issue, billing query, or general support question.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my login details?
In the Welcome to Evoseedbox email sent when your service was activated. The same username and password work for the dashboard, ruTorrent and your installed apps.
How do I install a new app?
Open your service in the dashboard, scroll to the Apps section, and click Install on the app you want — it deploys automatically in about a minute. Browse what’s available on our apps page.
What if an app stops working?
Use the Restart option in the Installed Apps section first. Our App Doctor monitoring also repairs common app failures automatically. If a problem persists, open a ticket from the Support tab.
Can I upgrade my plan from the dashboard?
Yes — use the Upgrade/Downgrade option in the control panel section, or compare plans on our pricing page first.
