Connect Lidarr to Dashboarr

To connect Lidarr to Dashboarr, add a Lidarr instance with the Lidarr HTTPS address from your client area as the Remote URL and the API key from Lidarr’s Settings → General → Security. Dashboarr uses Lidarr’s v1 API (not v3 like Radarr and Sonarr), and gives you the artist library, queue, wanted albums and an artist search backed by MusicBrainz. Step by step
- Copy the key from Lidarr → Settings → General → Security.
- Dashboarr → Settings → Integrations → Browse services → Lidarr.
- Remote URL = the HTTPS address, API Key = the key, Always use Remote URL on.
- Test Connection (probes
/api/v1/system/status), then Save.
What the Music tab gives you
- Library: artists as a poster grid with monitored and recently-added filters; tap for the artist page with albums.
- Queue: albums currently grabbing or importing.
- Wanted: missing monitored albums with per-album search.
- Add artist: MusicBrainz search through Lidarr with disambiguation text (for example “Group · French electronic duo”), then quality and metadata profile, root folder and monitor option.
- Health banner with Lidarr’s checks.
Lidarr’s queue also drives the Lidarr Queue dashboard widget and the Downloads widget’s poster map when a torrent matches an album grab.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |

| Test fails with 404 | Lidarr’s API is /api/v1; if you run your own proxy rules, make sure they do not assume v3. |
| Artist search returns nothing | Lidarr’s metadata server was slow. Wait and retry; the search runs on Lidarr, not on the phone. |
| Root folder missing when adding | Create one under Lidarr → Settings → Media Management, typically /home/USERNAME/downloads/music. |
FAQ
Can Dashboarr play music?
No. Lidarr manages files; for playback use Navidrome, which Dashboarr also monitors (see the Navidrome page).
Readarr?
Dashboarr has replaced its Readarr integration with Bindery, the Go rewrite. Readarr itself is not in the Dashboarr catalogue.
