Termination of your seedbox is a simple process. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to your evoseedbox client area. #
Step 2: In the Rutorrent seedbox section, you will find a request cancellation button. #
Step 3: Add your reason for cancellation and select cancellation type. Click on the Request cancellation button to proceed. #
That’s all you have to do to terminate your account. If you are terminating within 7 days of your purchase then you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Cancellation/termination of your account will result in the deletion of your data. Therefore, it is advised that you take a backup on your device.
If you can’t cancel your account still, then raise a ticket for the same.
How to Cancel Your Evoseedbox Service #
You can cancel your seedbox at any time from your client area. The process takes less than a minute.
Steps #
- Log in to your Evoseedbox client area
- In the ruTorrent Seedbox section, click Request Cancellation
- Select your cancellation type:
- Immediate: Service ends now. All data is deleted.
- End of billing period: Service continues until your current paid period ends.
- Add an optional reason for cancellation
- Click Request Cancellation to confirm
Before You Cancel #
- Download your files first: All data on your seedbox is permanently deleted upon cancellation
- Check your refund eligibility: If you are within the 7-day money-back guarantee period, you can request a full refund
- Consider downgrading: If cost is the issue, you can switch to a smaller plan instead of cancelling
