Termination of votre seedbox is a simple process. Follow the steps below.

Étape 2: In the Rutorrent seedbox section, you will find a request cancellation button. #
Étape 3: Add your reason for cancellation and select cancellation type. Cliquez sur the Request cancellation button to proceed. #
That’s all you have to do to terminate your account. Si vous are terminating within 7 days of your purchase then you are eligible for a full refund.
Remarque : Cancellation/termination of your account will result in the deletion of your data. Therefore, it is advised that you take a backup on your device.

Vous pouvez cancel votre seedbox at any time from your espace client. The process takes less than a minute.
Steps #
- Se connecter to your Evoseedbox espace client
- In the ruTorrent Seedbox section, click Request Cancellation
- Sélectionnez your cancellation type:
- Immediate: Service ends now. All data is deleted.
- End of billing period: Service continues until your current paid period ends.
- Add an optional reason for cancellation
- Click Request Cancellation to confirm

- Télécharger your files first: All data on votre seedbox is permanently deleted upon cancellation
- Check your refund eligibility: Si vous are within the 7-day money-back guarantee period, vous pouvez request a full refund
- Consider downgrading: If cost is the issue, vous pouvez switch to a smaller plan instead of cancelling
