Through this guide, you’ll get to know how to increase the herunterladen and hochladen queues on your RuTorrent-Client. Let’s get started.
1. Anmeldung to Ihrer Seedbox profile and öffnen your dashboard.
2. Öffnen RuTorrent-Client
3. Then klicken Sie auf the settings button in the top bar.
4. Gehen Sie zu the ‘Connection’ and under the other limitations, you’ll be able to wählen Sie the hochladen and herunterladen slots.
Note. The default value has been set to zero which is unlimited #
5. Under the ‘Herunterladen’ section können Sie set the number of hochladen slots in rutorrent.
Increase Herunterladen and Hochladen Queues in ruTorrent #
By default, ruTorrent limits the number of simultaneous herunterladens and hochladens. Increasing these queues lets you herunterladen and seed more torrents at once — useful for building ratio across many trackers.
Steps to Change Queue Limits #
- Öffnen ruTorrent from your Seedbox-Dashboard
- Klicken Sie auf den Settings (gear icon) button in the top toolbar
- Gehen Sie zu the Connection tab
- Adjust:
- Maximum number of active herunterladens: Increase from default (e.g., 5 → 15)
- Maximum number of active hochladens: Increase from default (e.g., 5 → 20)
- Maximum number of active torrents: Set to the total you want active (e.g., 30)
- Click OK to speichern settings

- Setting too many simultaneous active torrents can spread your Bandbreite thin — each torrent gets less speed
- For private trackers, prioritize hochladen slots over herunterladen slots to build ratio
