Our Terms of Service are short and written in simple language so everybody can understand it.

Please read it before purchasing our services.

‍You may do whatever you want with do with your seedbox but we won’t hold responsibility for any (financial or other) damage that you might suffer.

No illegal content is allowed (e.g. child porn), account would be instantly banned without a refund and we will report you to the proper authorities if such content found.

Any attempts to hack seedbox or server setup are not allowed, if we’ll notice suspicious activities we’ll ban your account without a refund.

We reserve the right to change any terms of bandwidth usage and price information with prior notice.

You can freely use most private trackers and download from public trackers. But seeding on public trackers is not allowed.

Installation and launch of applications that are not provided by default are not allowed. You can try to do this within your access, but only by notifying us before doing that.

Any attempts to made customizations in provided seedbox without letting us know would be considered as hacking of our services, see Point 3.

Sharing or re-selling accounts is not allowed. You can share access with few family members but shared account for a group of people not allowed. Our seedboxes are for ‍‍personal use only.‍

We don’t store backups of your data, setting, apps’ configurations, etc. If you need to backup your settings or files you should do it yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss caused by your actions or technical issues.

We offer 24/7 support, but you should always keep in mind that we’re not a big company, but a small team of enthusiasts. We always do our best to resolve problems in a reasonable time. We promise to answer within 24 hours maximum and always trying to follow these terms. Usually, we respond on a support ticket within a couple of hours. We’re trying to reply fast, especially via chat but if you didn’t receive an immediate answer – please, be patient. We’re always will reply to you later.

Any additional installment or installment due that isn’t in accordance with the client’s typical charging ought to be brought to notice of Evoseedbox inside 90 days.

Any credits offered as a component of advancement or collected in the clients’ record must be used inside a year. Credits may pass following one year time period.

There will be no refunds after the first 7 days of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service renewal if any of the staff members are abused or treated unfairly.

Keeping cool reduces blood pressure on both sides.
