Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is an approach administering the Terms and utilization of Services given by Evoseedbox and applies separately to you by utilizing our services. 

Having as a top priority the idea of services and the sort of services we offer, servers’ maintenance time is an inescapable part. With this arrangement, we’ll clarify how we handle certain circumstances during your experience with us. 

The target of this is to guarantee that the appropriate components and responsibilities are set up to offer reliable support to you by us and will fill in as an Official Agreement for our Policy on Handling Conflicts and Offering Compensation.


Server Downtimes, Server Maintenance, and Compensation

Evoseedbox makes sure that our servers stay on the web and open for every client at any time.

Any planned support of servers will be reported ahead of time through different correspondence modes, for example, messages, Evoseedbox Status Page, and WHMCS Announcements, with relevant subtleties. Customers that are affected by this won’t be redressed. 

Any unannounced/crisis support of servers will be reported accordingly, and clients influenced will be informed of it. The following is the reason for remuneration: 

Downtime Service Credit
Inside 6 hours As per group caution
Up to 12 hours  One Day
Up to 24 hours Two Days

Surpassing 48 hours Credited twofold the hour of the maintenance time (e.g., if there are three days of downtime, customers will be acknowledged six days worth of credits) 

Note: This excludes any downtime time of third-party applications


Drive Failure and Data Loss

Evoseedbox is a common application facilitating stage; practically the entirety of the arrangement is given to furnishing the clients with the reasonable assignment of assets and full plate use. There will be unavoidable episodes like a drive failure. 

If drives failure occurs on the server you’re in, and we can’t recuperate your data, you will be qualified for one month of services on us. 

With this, we suggest you take a backup of your information.

Aside from the above situation, eliminating client information on your end with no framework blunders identified won’t be redressed. 


Reasonable Use of Server Resources

Our services run on shared assets. Accordingly, the customer must guarantee that their exercises don’t contrarily affect other customer’s experience and are kept inside adequate limits. 

Evoseedbox may stop, abruptly, any applications that are adversely influencing customers. In outrageous situations where customers are adversely influencing other customers, the customer’s seedbox might be suspended or ended.
