It is not only data efficient but \u0442\u0430\u043a\u0436\u0435 handles network issues nicely. E.g. interrupted backups can be resumed and Duplicati tests the content of backups regularly. That way broken backups on corrupt \u0445\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u043b\u0438\u0449\u0435 systems can be detected before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n<p>Remember when storing data, the rule of 3 applies. Duplicati is a great choice for one of those 3 options.<\/p>\n<p>When you first open \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043b\u043e\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435, \u0432\u044b \u0431\u0443\u0434\u0435\u0442\u0435 be greeted with this screen. \u0412\u044b\u0431\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0435 \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043b\u043e\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435ropriate answer for your situation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/0b9055fe0d8220eb.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>The next screen \u0432\u044b \u0431\u0443\u0434\u0435\u0442\u0435 see if you select Yes is below. I left all the other settings other than the \u043f\u0430\u0440\u043e\u043b\u044c at default. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/a05a08ce4ff987ce.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Next we \u043d\u0443\u0436\u043d\u043e start backing up our data. \u0412\u044b\u0431\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0435 add back up, and then \u043d\u0430\u0441\u0442\u0440\u043e\u0438\u0442\u044c a new back up.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/0d19e429e7d8a636.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Now name your back up and add a description if needed. <\/p>\n<p>\u041f\u0440\u0438\u043c\u0435\u0447\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435: at this step, you must enter a passphrase or disable encryption. It has to be on the EVO server. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/c00688806efc7ae9.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Ensure you tick the box next to the folder or file you \u0445\u043e\u0442\u0438\u0442\u0435 back up. Clicking the file name will not prompt it to be selected, only highlighted. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/cefc63dea86d1f25.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Adjust your schedule to what you think is best for your situation. I used the default settings. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/1380ec99748e3c42.png\" alt=\"Duplicati\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Finally \u0432\u044b \u043c\u043e\u0436\u0435\u0442\u0435 adjust these options if you&#x27;d like. I used the default settings. \u0412\u044b \u043c\u043e\u0436\u0435\u0442\u0435 explore the \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0434\u0432\u0438\u043d\u0443\u0442\u044b\u0439 options, but none of them were appropriate for what I wanted to back up. By default it is \u0432\u0430\u0448\u0438\u043c seedbox but yu can find many options in the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/8e047a4749e75fbb.png\" alt=\"Duplicati Guide\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>\nAfter filling in all the required details like path, \u0438\u043c\u044f \u043f\u043e\u043b\u044c\u0437\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044f and \u043f\u0430\u0440\u043e\u043b\u044c (\u0434\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0443\u043f\u0435\u043d \u0432 \u0432\u0430\u0448\u0435\u043c \u043b\u0438\u0447\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u043a\u0430\u0431\u0438\u043d\u0435\u0442 dashboard) click on the test connection to check.\n<\/p>\n<p>If successful, \u0432\u044b \u0431\u0443\u0434\u0435\u0442\u0435 see a pop-up like this:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evoseedbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiki\/983e74e5d939434c.png\" alt=\"Duplicati Guide\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>\u041d\u0430\u0436\u043c\u0438\u0442\u0435 \u043d\u0430 the next \u043a\u043d\u043e\u043f\u043a\u0430.\n<\/p>\n<p>Step 5: Add files to be backed up.
