Hey, so you want to use \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox as a cloud sharing platform or to manage files and media remotely? Then this app called Nextcloud is perfect for you!<\/p>\n

In this article, we will learn how to use Nextcloud and about the basic features of \u30a2\u30d7\u30ealication.<\/p>\n

The first step is to install the Nextcloud app. This can be done with just one click \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e evoseedbox dashboard.<\/p>\n

Now that your Nextclud app is installed on \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox =, it is time to look inside \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea.<\/p>\n

\u958b\u304f \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea and \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 be asked to log in. Use the FTP \u8a8d\u8a3c\u60c5\u5831 given in \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox\u2019s dashboard.\n<\/p>\n

Once you sign in, \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 find on a window like this:\u00a0<\/p>\n

A pop-up will appear on the screen. Over here, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 add widgets like weather, recommended files, etc. \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 even get more widgets from the Nextcloud app store.<\/p>\n

\u3082\u3057 scroll down a little bit, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 find many in-build options for the background. \u3082\u3057 do not like the given options, then \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 choose you won as well.<\/p>\n

\nBy default, there are some files added \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e account. These are just there to show the usability of \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea. Plus, these files contain Manual and documentation, if you want to read them.<\/p>\n

\nFrom the \u201c+\u201d \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 add a new document or a new folder or even upload a new file.<\/p>\n

Naturally, the file will be uploaded to \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox, as it is the acting server behind \u30a2\u30d7\u30ealication.<\/p>\n

\n\u3082\u3057 are making a new document then \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 actually use premade templates and edit them.<\/p>\n

\u3082\u3057 want to access only media, that is video or images \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u4e2d\u306e Nextcloud app, then \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 use the option of photos, in the main menu.<\/p>\n

There are some pre-added photos and videos to show you how \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea can be used. Similarly, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 upload your videos or photos and manage them using the Nextcloud app.\n<\/p>\n

Share files directly from Nextcloud.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is really really easy to share files using Nextcloud. Just open the Nextcloud app and find the file you want to share.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Let us say, you want to share the Nextclud manual, click on the share icon in it.<\/p>\n

\nA sidebar will appear, from here, click on the plus \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3 to create a sharable link for this document.\n<\/p>\n

Once the link is created, copy the link and share it with anyone you\u2019d like to share it with. They can access the file and even download it.<\/p>\n

\u3082\u3057 want to keep this link secure, click on the 3 dots that appear after the link is created.<\/p>\n

Here, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 add a \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9 to the document link, set an expiration date, add a note to the receiver, or even unshare the document.\n<\/p>\n

Adding plugins\/apps to Nextcloud<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the top-right corner of \u30a2\u30d7\u30ealication, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 find your user profile menu. From here, click on \u30a2\u30d7\u30eas menu.<\/p>\n

By default, a few apps are added \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e Nextcloud.<\/p>\n

On the left-hand side, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 see a sidebar with many options.<\/p>\n

These are different categories \u5229\u7528\u53ef\u80fd for apps. \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 find whichever app suits your needs and add it \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e Nextcloud account.<\/p>\n

In this case, we are taking the Analytics app as an example.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u79fb\u52d5\uff1a the dashboard app category, and the first app you\u2019ll find is analytics.<\/p>\n

\u30af\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a the \u201c\u30c0\u30a6\u30f3\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9 and Enable\u201d \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3 to add your app.<\/p>\n

It will ask you to enter the \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9, the same \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9 you \u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 log in to the Nextcloud app.<\/p>\n

Adding a new user\/group to Nextcloud<\/strong><\/p>\n

What if you want to add a new user \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e account? With Nextcloud \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 do it with a few steps.<\/p>\n

On the top-right section, click \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e account and then click on the \u201cUsers\u201d tab from the menu.<\/p>\n

You will be able to see all the existing users from here and basic information like their \u30e6\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u540d, group to which they belong, and space allocated to them.<\/p>\n

On the left sidebar, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 see a \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3 to add a new user. \u30af\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a it.<\/p>\n

Then \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 be asked to put down basic information about the user.<\/p>\n

Once you have added the info, click on the blue \u201ctick\u201d \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3 to save the user. A new user is created.<\/p>\n

\u3082\u3057 want to remove or disable a user, then click on the 3 dots beside and user and select any action you want to perform.<\/p>\n

Tracking activity in the Nextcloud app.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u3082\u3057 are the admin, then you need to be aware of all the things that are happening \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u4e2d\u306e Nextcloud account.<\/p>\n

Just click on the \u201cActivity\u201d tab from the top-left menu and \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 see all the activities.<\/p>\n
