Duplicati was designed for online backups from scratch. It is not only data efficient but \u307e\u305f handles network issues nicely. E.g. interrupted backups can be resumed and Duplicati tests the content of backups regularly. That way broken backups on corrupt \u30b9\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30b8 systems can be detected before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n

Remember when storing data, the rule of 3 applies. Duplicati is a great choice for one of those 3 options.<\/p>\n

When you first open \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea, \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 be greeted with this screen. \u9078\u629e \u30a2\u30d7\u30earopriate answer for your situation.<\/p>\n

The next screen \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 see if you select Yes is below. Set your \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9 and adjust any other settings you see fit. I left all the other settings other than the \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9 at default. <\/p>\n

Next we need to start backing up our data. \u9078\u629e add back up, and then \u8a2d\u5b9a\u3059\u308b a new back up.<\/p>\n

Now name your back up and add a description if needed. <\/p>\n

\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a at this step, you must enter a passphrase or disable encryption. Otherwise \u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059 prompt you to do so \u6700\u5f8c\u306b. <\/p>\n

Next \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 select your back up destination \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e EVO server. The folder is your choice, so choose whatever folder is best for your situation. <\/p>\n

Next you \u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059 select the source data you want to back up. It has to be on the EVO server. <\/p>\n

Ensure you tick the box next to the folder or file you want to back up. Clicking the file name will not prompt it to be selected, only highlighted. <\/p>\n

Adjust your schedule to what you think is best for your situation. I used the default settings. <\/p>\n

Finally \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 adjust these options if you'd like. I used the default settings. \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 explore the advanced options, but none of them were appropriate for what I wanted to back up. Click save and you are done!<\/p>\n

After you clicked save, \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 be taken back to the home screen and can make more back ups. You will \u307e\u305f see data about your current back up as \u4ee5\u4e0b\u306b\u8868\u793a. <\/p>\n

Before we start, make sure you have downloaded \u30a2\u30d7\u30ea on \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox.<\/p>\n

Now that Duplicati is successfully added to \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox, it is time to create your first backup.<\/p>\n

\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7 2: \u9078\u629e \u8a2d\u5b9a\u3059\u308b a new backup and click on the next \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3<\/p>\n

\n\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7 3: Name you backup and generate your Passphase.<\/p>\n

\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a <\/strong>keep you passphrase secure as it is the key to decrypt your backup.<\/p>\n

Once you click on generate, a passphrase will appear, note it down somewhere with you and click on the next \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3.\n<\/p>\n

Step 4: \u9078\u629e backup destination. By default it is \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox but yu can find many options in the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n

\nAfter filling in all the required details like path, \u30e6\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u540d and \u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9 (\u5229\u7528\u53ef\u80fd \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u4e2d\u306e \u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30c8\u30a8\u30ea\u30a2 dashboard) click on the test connection to check.\n<\/p>\n

If successful, \u8868\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059 see a pop-up like this:<\/p>\n

Step 5: Add files to be backed up. These files are fetched from \u3042\u306a\u305f\u306eSeedbox.<\/p>\n

\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 use the filter and exclude rule to set backups for particular files in a folder.<\/p>\n

Once done, \u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059 click on the next \u30dc\u30bf\u30f3.<\/p>\n

Step 6: Schedule your automated backups <\/p>\n
